Step into a space of calm, creativity, and inner renewal in this unique therapeutic art meditation class. Unlike a traditional art class, this immersive experience is designed to help you relax, release, and connect with your emotions while creating something truly personal and beautiful, all while aligning with the stars and the celestial energies on offer to us in the cosmos. As we become aware of the power we can access, we become conscious co-creators of a life that fulfills our heart, mind and soul.
Through color and meditative art, we will do a deep healing class that replenishes us from the lessons of the astrological underworld we will have just finished moving through.
In this deeply immersive meditative art journey, we will flow through:
Calming music
Guided meditation
Breath & energy awareness
Meditative coloring
Reflective journaling
Group discussion & optional sharing of our experience in this meditative art journey
